My Approach

Denise is passionate about making business work for you, not you working for business. She believes there is much more to life than working.

She spent many years prioritizing business / work over life. It came before taking care of her health and well being, experiencing life, and sometimes even friends and family. The result of that was burning herself out and having some health issues.

It’s been a journey to shift up her priorities and change the way she works. She’s learned a lot in the process and when she works with clients in business and project management, she filters the strategy and plans through what is important to the client.

Fighting your way to the top, hitting all the business goals, optimizing revenue, and expanding the team can lead to a lonely, unfulfilling place. Your relationships matter. Your quality of life matters. I believe business is a tool to fuel and create what matters most in life … but along the way many lose sight in the busyness of it all then when they look behind them they wonder what happened.
